## MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

## Built From Inside the Industry

I’ve spent 15 years inside regenerative medicine. I distribute products and work with multiple vetted vendors across the field, help train the clinicians, and run the agency that helps practices grow. Three sides of the same industry, one operator who knows how it works.

I built Regen Portal because I watched it happen too many times. I saw practices with strong clinical work struggle to grow under agencies that did not understand the field. I saw doctors stuck with marketing partners who didn’t understand the science, their patients, or how to grow a regenerative medicine practice. So I built the agency I wished those clients could have hired the first time around.

My approach is direct. Compliance is the price of admission, not the finish line. Real growth in regenerative medicine comes from marketing that respects the science, the rules, and the business at the same time. Most of the friction between marketers and regen clinics comes from agencies treating compliance as an obstacle. I treat it as part of the strategy.

Oscar Tellez

The classroom built the science base. The industry built the rest. Most marketers don’t understand this field, the science, or what doctors and patients are looking for. Which is why the work at Regen Portal is shaped by every layer that came before it.

### Bachelor of Exercise Science and Health Promotion

Oscar earned his bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University from 2011 to 2015. The program gave him fluency in how the human body recovers, repairs, and adapts, which shapes how he reads regenerative medicine science today.

## 02.

### Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT)

Oscar earned this certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine during his early career in human performance and recovery, before transitioning fully into regenerative medicine in 2015.

## 03.

### Distribution & Clinical Education

Over the past 15 years, Oscar has worked in the distribution of biologics, devices, birth tissue products, and equipment to clinics and providers across the field. He also helps develop and deliver training, from webinars and online courses to hands-on workshops, for clinicians, researchers, and practice owners worldwide.

### Founder, Regen Portal

Today, Oscar leads Regen Portal, founded in 2022 to help regenerative medicine clinics, manufacturers, and distributors succeed through marketing, AI, and automation built for this industry. Every credential, every product, every clinician trained: it all feeds the work.
