## MEET THE FOUNDER

## Built From Inside the Industry

I’ve been inside this industry since 2015. In 2016, I started selling PRP kits to orthopedic and aesthetic practices. Then came Wharton’s jelly, stem cells, amniotic fluid and exosomes, and I have been learning ever since. Along the way, doctors kept asking me for help with consulting and marketing. Their agencies had let them down, and they trusted me. So I built Regen Portal, the agency I wished they could have hired the first time.

Let’s say a clinic does great work but can’t grow. Most of the time, the problem isn’t the ads. It’s the lead nobody called back, the front desk nobody trained, or a claim nobody should have made. That’s why we start with consulting, and it’s why we take on about five clients a year.

My approach is simple. Define the terms, ask the questions, and do it right. Compliance is an advantage, not a burden. It’s how you grow without the risk.

### Bachelor of Science, Exercise Science and Health Promotion

Oscar earned his degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2015. It gave him a working knowledge of how the body recovers, repairs and adapts, and that still shapes how he reads regenerative medicine science today.

### From Personal Training To Medical Sales

Oscar trained clients all through college. One of them brought him into medical sales before he graduated. He started in 2015 with C-arm fluoroscopy, moved into PRP in 2016, and regenerative medicine has been his work ever since.

### Clinical Education And The Podcast

Oscar helps build and teach webinars and hands-on workshops for clinicians, researchers and business owners. He also hosts the Oscar Tellez Podcast on YouTube and LinkedIn Live, where doctors and researchers talk through the science on the record.

Oscar started Regen Portal in 2022 to help regenerative medicine businesses grow the right way: consulting first, then marketing, AI and automation built for this field. It takes on about five clients a year, so each one gets real time.
