Oscar earned his bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University from 2011 to 2015. The program gave him fluency in how the human body recovers, repairs, and adapts, which shapes how he reads regenerative medicine science today.
Oscar earned this certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine during his early career in human performance and recovery, before transitioning fully into regenerative medicine in 2016.
Oscar co-founded Accretion Portal in 2015 to distribute biologics, devices, birth tissue products, and equipment to clinics and providers across the regenerative medicine industry. He launched Regenerative Medicine Academy USA in 2025 to deliver webinars, online courses, and hands-on training for clinicians, researchers, and practice owners worldwide.
Today, Oscar leads Regen Portal, founded in 2022 to help regenerative medicine clinics, manufacturers, and distributors succeed through marketing, AI, and automation built for this industry. Every credential, every product, every clinician trained: it all feeds the work.
