Regenerative Medicine Experts First. A Marketing Agency Second.

Regen Portal is a regenerative medicine marketing agency, and we have been in this industry since 2015. Consulting comes first, and then we build the marketing on top of it. We take about five clients a year, so each one gets our time.

Our Story

Regen Portal Started With Doctors Asking For Help.

Regen Portal started because doctors kept asking our founder, Oscar Tellez, for consulting and marketing help. Their old agencies had let them down, and they trusted him. Oscar began in medical sales in 2015, and he started working with PRP in 2016. Since then, he has studied the rest of the field: Wharton’s jelly, stem cells, amniotic fluid and exosomes. He learned the FDA rules on each one, too. And so he built Regen Portal. Our co-founder came with it. He has been in marketing since 2015 and has helped more than 300 companies grow. Today he runs our AI, operations and technology.

Consulting Comes First

The Hard Truth

Why A General Agency Is A Disservice To Your Business.

A general agency doesn’t know your patient, the cash-pay process or the science behind what you offer. It doesn’t know your doctors, or how a treatment is actually done. So it runs the plan it would run for a dentist. But in this field, the rules decide what you can say. That isn’t just a bad fit. It’s a risk you pay for every month. Here is where it goes wrong, and what we do instead.

A man walks a garden path marked with question marks, a scale and a medical symbol, visualizing the cash-pay decision journey
They Write Claims That Draw Warning Letters

They promise the patient a result, the way they would for any other client. That’s the kind of claim that ends up quoted in a warning letter, with your name at the top. We check every claim against the rules before it runs.

They Rush A Decision That Takes Months

These treatments cost anywhere from $500 to $15,000 or more, and that always changes how you market them. At the high end, getting to yes can take six months to a year. A general agency wants the sale this week, then drops the lead. Our follow-up stays with them every step of the way.

They Don't Know The Rules

A general agency doesn’t know the rules. It doesn’t even know to consider them, let alone how much that can hurt you. FDA, FTC, HIPAA, state law and each ad platform all have a say here. If an agency handles your patient information, HIPAA can require a business associate agreement (BAA). A lot of general agencies have never signed one. We sign one as standard.

They Sell Traffic Before The Offer Is Clear

They don’t know how a cash-pay sale works here, so they buy clicks for an offer nobody can follow. We make the offer clear first, and then the traffic is worth paying for.

They Can't Talk To Your Physicians

They don’t have the science background. So when your doctor asks what’s in a product, the account manager has to go ask someone else. We can have that talk with your doctors ourselves.

They Hand You Off

The salesperson closes you, and then you’re handed to a project manager. The project manager hands you to a media buyer who has zero context about your business. All they know is your ad budget, so they run ads. With us, you get one team.

How We Came To Know This Industry.

We know this industry from the inside, and we are still in it. Oscar has spent time in medical sales, in teaching and in marketing, and he is active in this industry every day. That’s not the same as once working in healthcare. You notice it on the first call. We start with the treatments you provide or the products you sell, and what the rules let you say about them.

01.

Medical Sales

Oscar started out in medical sales, working side by side with doctors. That's where he learned how a practice really runs, day to day.

02.

Teaching

Oscar has taught doctors in this field. When you teach it, you have to get the science and the rules right, every time.

03.

Marketing

Every day, we teach marketing to people in this industry. That keeps us honest, and we read new rules and warning letters as they come out.

04.

We Know The Players

Hundreds of practices and over 200 doctors, reached through sales, teaching and marketing. We know the companies and the people behind them, and who's legit and who isn't. We keep the names off our website.

Our Services

Every Service, Built On The Consulting.

Website Development

A fast, clear site built to turn a careful reader into a call. It is for when your site works against every other channel you pay for.

Search Engine Optimization

Show up for the questions people really search, with answers you can still stand behind next year. SEO for regenerative medicine that starts with what you really offer.

Content Creation

Articles, pages and emails that answer what people ask while they take weeks to decide. Content creation that serves search and the sales call at once.

Social Media Management

People look you up before they call, so we keep your feed steady and your claims clean. Social media management for a field that can't post like the shop next door.

Paid Advertising

Ads can reach people sooner than search, and the platforms watch this field closely. Paid advertising built to pass their review.

Branding

How you look and what you stand for, matched to the work you really do. Branding for businesses that look smaller online than they are in person.

Compliance Consulting

Your claims, ads and site, checked against current FDA and FTC guidance before they run. Marketing compliance built into the plan, not added after.

Cash-Pay Consulting

The treatments or products you offer, how you price them and how you follow up, whether you are moving to cash pay or growing it. Cash-pay consulting for the business under the marketing.

AI and Ops Consulting

Sales follow-up, after-hours help and the busywork, plus training your staff so they use it. AI sales and ops consulting run by our co-founder.

How We Work

Why We Only Take About Five Clients A Year.

Starting in 2026, we take on about five clients a year, depending on how big each client is. The reason is time, because what we found is that growth takes more time than most agencies give it. Take a clinic that hires us to run ads. Is it the ads? Most of the time, no. It’s the lead nobody called back, or the front desk nobody trained, and a monthly report won’t fix that. It takes close hand-holding with your team, week after week, and fifty clients leave no room for it. So it all goes back to time, and five clients we can really help beat fifty we can’t.

With that time, you stop worrying about marketing, because that’s our job now. The FTC’s endorsement guides and HHS guidance on marketing under HIPAA set the floor, and we build above it. If we’re full, our online courses are coming soon. They teach how to do everything we do day to day.

Upfront, Good And Bad

Before you spend a dollar with us, we tell you what we see, the good and the bad. Once we start, you see what we’re doing, why we’re doing it and where the money went.

One Team, No Handoffs

You get one team that knows your business, and you reach us directly. There’s no ticket system, and no stranger you have to catch up on your account.

Claims Checked First

Every claim gets checked before it goes out, not after a letter shows up. Getting it right the first time beats pulling a campaign halfway through.

Reports Tied To Revenue

Your report starts with booked consults, calls and sales, not views and likes. If a number can’t be tied to how your business earns, it goes further down the page.

One Client Per Market

We never work with two competing businesses in one market. For a clinic, that means one per major city. For a distributor, one per type of product. For a manufacturer, a lab, a stem cell bank or a financing company, we take one a year. The plan we build for you won’t be handed to the business across the street.

Hard Now, Easy Later

We build systems that keep adding up year after year, not a spike that fades when the ads stop. If a tactic buys you a quarter and costs you a year, we’ll tell you.

How It Starts When You Apply.

It’s four steps, in the same order every time, whether you need one service or all nine. You start by applying, and the first step costs you nothing.

01.

Audit

At no cost, for businesses that apply. We look at what anyone can see from the outside: your site, search, ads, reviews and claims. We walk you through it, and you keep it either way.

02.

Diagnostic

If it's a fit, we go behind closed doors, where you open the books with us: sales numbers, follow-up, staff and systems. Then we write the plan and what we expect by day ninety.

03.

Build

Consulting comes first, and the marketing goes on top once the business is ready to hold it. Every claim is checked before anything goes live.

04.

Review And Tune

We keep tuning it as you grow, and we check the work against the numbers in the plan. When something isn't moving, we say so early and change it.

Straight Answers

What Owners Ask Us Before They Apply.

The audit costs you nothing, and it is for businesses that apply to work with us. It covers what we can see from the outside, and we walk you through it. If we are a fit, the next step is the diagnostic. That is where you open the books with us: sales numbers, follow-up, staff and systems.

The cost of the work depends on what you need. It's like a patient walking into your practice: every patient needs something different. One service and a full build are very different amounts, so we don't post prices. It's a real investment, and we treat it like one. Not ready to apply? We also do one-off Zoom consults. Referrals come first, and everyone else pays up front.

Yes. We only work in regenerative medicine, and we work with every kind of business in it. Doctors and their practices come first, from sports medicine and orthopedics on. Then come the companies behind the care, like manufacturers, distributors, labs, stem cell banks and financing companies. Med spas are in, too.

We stay in this one field on purpose. Everything we know, we learned here, and that's where we can help the most.

We're industry experts first, and consulting comes before any marketing. We came from this industry, and we are still in it every day. Nobody on our side needs your therapy explained, and nobody writes a claim before we know how your product is regulated.

We also take about five clients a year. That means time for your business, not a spot in a queue.

Yes, and it's one of the most common reasons practices reach out. We start with the treatments you provide or the products you sell, and how you price them. Then comes how your team follows up, and the marketing that brings cash-pay patients in comes last.

Most of it is a question of order, not ads. Our cash-pay consulting covers the business side first, and the marketing comes after.

Our team, directly. You get one team that knows your business, and you reach us without a ticket system or a handoff. We can keep it that way because we take about five clients a year.

We build it into the plan from day one, not as a check at the end. Every claim gets checked before it goes out, against the source documents. That starts with FDA guidance on cellular and gene therapy products. We also use the FTC's endorsement guides and HHS guidance on marketing under HIPAA.

We point out the risk and write around it, but we are not a law firm. For anything with legal weight, check with your own legal counsel. If you want this as its own project, that is our marketing compliance service.

No. If someone promises you that, ask them how they know. Nobody controls a search engine, or how many people pay for an elective therapy in a given month.

What we promise is the work, done in the right order, with honest reports. If something is stuck, you hear it from us early, and that's worth more than a made-up number.

It depends on where we start. Ads and fixes to your site can move in weeks, while search and content build over months. In this field they often take longer than in a normal local market. That's because the terms are narrow, and there is a limit on what you can claim.

The plan says what we expect at ninety days, so you have something real to hold us to.

WHY REGEN PORTAL

Inside This Industry Since 2015, Not Outside It.

About Five Clients A Year
We Choose Who We Work With

Being inside this industry means our name is on every client we take, so we choose who we work with. It’s a yes when you’re actively growing and you’re coachable. Your views also have to line up with ours: do it right, do it compliant. And we need room. It’s a no when price is the only question, or when you want a quick fix. It’s also a no if you won’t do the work, or you want claims we won’t write. One prospect was a lot of work and kept pushing the price down, so Oscar walked away.

Want to hear how we think first? Oscar hosts the Oscar Tellez Podcast, where doctors and researchers talk on the record. It is free, and so is our blog.

Oscar has been in this industry since 2015. He started in medical sales that year, and he began working with PRP in 2016. He was born in Nicaragua and raised in Miami. He went to Florida Atlantic University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.

We only work in regenerative medicine, and we take one business per market. With about five clients a year, that promise is easy to keep.

Think of a coach and a team. You take the advice, you push back when you have a reason, and then you act. That's the client we say yes to.

The site, the content, the ad accounts and the files are in your name. If we ever part ways, all of it stays with you and keeps running.

We work month to month, with no yearly lock-in and no buyout. If it stops being worth it, send thirty days notice in writing and we part ways. From day one, every account, page and file is in your name. There is a written agreement, because both sides need one. Its job is to spell out the work, not to trap you.

We sign a business associate agreement (BAA) as standard. If HIPAA applies to you, that's the contract a vendor needs before it handles patient data. Anyone who works under us signs one too. We also have a written plan for breach notices.

Our insurance covers cyber, AI, and errors and omissions. That matters, because a breach often comes in through the marketing tools, not the medical record. Forms, tracking pixels and ad platforms can all touch patient data before anyone calls it a record.
