We read every message. Most people write to us for one of three reasons, so here is what to include for each.
Apply to work with us. Starting in 2026, we take about five clients a year, depending on their size, and only one per market. For a clinic, that means one per major city, and for a distributor, one per type of product. For a manufacturer, a lab, a stem cell bank or a financing company, it’s one a year. Fill out the form with your name, your business and your role, and we’ll follow up to learn your market and what you want to grow.
If it’s a fit, we start with an audit of everything we can see from the outside. It’s at no cost for businesses that apply, and you keep the findings either way. Then comes the diagnostic, where you open the books with us.
Online courses. They’re coming soon, and they teach how to do everything we do day to day. Because we only take about five clients a year, the courses are how more businesses can learn the work. Email hello@regenportal.com with “courses” in the subject line, and we’ll let you know when they open.
A one-off consultation. It’s a single strategy session over Zoom, and referrals come first. Email hello@regenportal.com and tell us who sent you. Not referred? We’ll still talk, and the consultation is paid up front.
